Meeting location is the Del Mar Fairgrounds Boardroom.  See map and directions (in box) below. 

To park, enter through the Main Gate, tell the attendant you're with the Ranch Santa Fe Democratic club and you will be directed to the Directors Lot or park in the far side of the south main parking lot (this is on the other side of the fence closest to the Directors Lot). Park near the Don Diego Statue/clocktower. Go through the hallway to get to the Courtyard and the Boardroom will be to your left.
