Dear Members,
We are required to notify all club members that at our Annual Meeting, Thursday, January 10, 2019, there will be an election of the six Executive Officers for our club, which we must do every two years per our Bylaws.
The proposed slate of officers is:
- Michael Gelfand, President
- Gordon Clanton, VP, Programs
- Cess Resnick, VP Marketing /Communications
- Joyce Thomas, VP Membership
- Dawn Douglas, Treasurer
- Maria McEneany, Secretary
Following the elections, our President will invite board members to come forward and be recognized by our members.
In order to vote, you must be a member in good standing of the Rancho Santa Fe Democratic Club and a registered Democrat. Proxy and absentee votes are not allowed.
We need as many members as possible to attend this election as there are quorum requirements that must be met. Please come and vote. The vote will occur prior to our guest speakers, so please come early.
